I Purchased carbon fiber wing in the renntech style carbon fiber mirror caps from a member thx Ronac. Had the rims powder coated black and chrome bits painted black. Door handles were done in a custom black and Sunbeam yellow color.
Brake calipers painted in Sunbeam yellow. Painted front grill and side vents in black. Pain correction and Ceramic Pro on whole car plus calipers and rims.
Next up is the tune!!!
You did everything I was considering short of powder coating the wheels. Here is the before after shot (I tried to get the yellow back right on your car and I failed; critical to 'liking' this color IMHO).
You guys are having way too much fun! Bad weather last week, bad weather this week, so no driving it for me, so decided to plug in the tender today. Boring, but it’s what I did😏
Weird...mine was just down for 4 weeks...doors open and being started and moved a few times over that time frame and the battery didnt miss a beat.
I should still get one of those tho just in case

And I’m only a few weeks away from 5-6 months of winter storage, so I figured it had to come out soon anyway!

First snow that settled last night! This is going to be a loooong winter and I’m not ready to put it away yet!
Yikes, snow already?!!? Where are you? I shouldn’t see snow until closer to holidays, but I store the car by mid-late October regardless.

Any thoughts of putting winter tyres on the car? At least until heavy snow starts to fall.
@cproGT Did you figure out how to disable your rear wing?
Yes if u just remove the linkage, that moves wing up and down, then plug the motor back in u will have no problems. The car knows no difference no faults no problems. If anyone needs more help just contact me

No chance! This is way too nice to do that to it as winter driving here is more akin to street dodgems but bumping is allowed! Tried a winter in my XFR a few years ago and although Sottozeroes or Hakka’s give you grip, there’s still not enough ground clearance to contend with the snow ruts when they freeze. I admire people who do daily drive theirs year round but for me - I’ll treat it as a really nice sunny weather toy!
