Could well be a real picture. It’s obviously from Europe, and might in fact be the UK. The ‘One’ has been testing there so perhaps it’s actually real.

I agree with Bish. Usually on a complex photoshop edit like this, you'll see some traces of dithering when you blow the pic up. I don't, shadows and everything just all add/line up. Either it's real or a damn fine photoshop job.
