Hi all,
Here is the GTC today. We went to the dealer in the morning and saw her outside in the front.
I have a great relationship with my dealer so the Shop Foreman, a SA that has a GTS and I are here talking about where to put the front license plate. We ended up saying no on the front plate. My shop foreman said he didn't want to ruin the front of the car!
It started to sleet up in Nanuet, NY so we had to wait for a bit to drive home. It finally stopped-ish later on in the day...here is a wet night shot.
Got home save and sound. Now, she is at her new home in the garage for the winter hibernation.
As a side note, this vehicle came with the Intercooler guards. This was great to see!

19 AMG GT R, 20 Porsche Cayenne
Finally I received an email from my dealer(Vancouver, Canada), says my car is at the factory waiting for shipping. They expect to have it arrive by end of December. I haven’t asked for further detail as I am still traveling outside if the country. Anybody in Canada also taking deliveries of their 19 AMG GT/S/C/R?

Man who is getting ready to cancel their order? My GTR has been sitting in a Los Angeles warehouse for about 2 months now. No information at all as to why even though a lot have been delivered. Nothing but problems with Mercedes for me the last 4-5 years

Sounds like your dealer has some ‘splaining to do!!!! Otherwise I would definitely place your future order with another dealer.

The key is the same but you get a AMG logo to put on in place of the plain black back. As a side note, the keyhole is in the armrest if you ever need to use the key due to a dead battery etc.

I spoke to my SA on Saturday. My GTR was finished October 19 and has been waiting for shipment. His director finally got information and said that my GTR has been "waiting for shipment" because there is 1 single part missing from a supplier and apparently, this supplier had a fire (or something along those lines) at their factory and this is why it has not shipped from Germany yet. Quite a few GTR are awaiting this one single piece. My SA didn't know exactly what part it is. I'll post more info once I know more.

no, but honestly its possible.. mine was one of the 1st batches and it got here a few days ago,.. but it can't take much longer, Im sure the plant is retooling for the 2020 changes

Exactly the same problem with mine and yes it’s true. I mentioned on a previous chat that the part they are referring to is the rear spoiler. They have received them now and and all GTRs have been completed now (according to my dealer today) and will be shipped in the coming days
Out of curiosity, did you order a carbon wing as well?

I bought a used Green one with 2k miles for $167K plus no sales tax. Sticker was $208K. So buying used save me $56K including tax. I really prefer the grey magno, but I can live with the green! I'll post pics when I get it!
