Stonsho.com has a removable front plate bracket for the GTC! It just saw an add for it on TV. Might be worth a look for those of us in states that require a front plate. I haven’t seen it in person but it’s an option. If anyone gets one let us know if it works well. No affiliation.
I bought the GTR/GTC kit and confirmed it will not fit the GTS. Once I figured out how they mount I bought a C6 Corvette kit because it had the extra length needed for the GTS.

You mentioned GTR/GTC klt and site mentions only GTC. Can you or any one else can confirm if this kit will fit 2018 GTR?

It depends how close the retractable thing is to the edge of the bumper. The Sto and Go doesn't go very deep - it just needs about 1/2 an inch for 1 screw to be secured in the underside of the front edge of the bumper.
I'll wait and see, or it will be that silicon holder with zip ties. Pic of that install looked clean but hard to see in that pic on one of the thread.

like the gtc? If so I’ll bet the car side of the mount would work with a different plate side... look underneath your front lip and see if there is a single screw in the centre set in.
So I too was searching for a solution for my 2016 GTS front plate for New York. I called sto n sho and they just created a plate holder for our cars. it will be listed as part number sns223
