Roof Window Sun Screen Issue

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the sun screen? Every time I accelerate moderately the sun screen will slide back a few inches. Attached is a crappy pic. Just annoying. Wanted to see if this was a known issue. Thanks!

The leading edge looks crooked. Not sure if it’s photo artifact or real .
try opening it fully and the pull it forward via the center handle/ pull and see if it stays put.

if not, drive with it open😆. It makes the cabin feel bigger.

It's not crooked. Just the photo. It just doesn't seem to have anything that holds it in place when it is closed. Really wish the window wasn't even there since it can't be opened.

It’s actually a rare option, analog G meter.

I experience the same issue. Proof my tune works.

How about closing when applying the brakes?

Cant say for sure, but I don’t believe it moves when fully open. Im on a race track when accelerating and decelerating at the limits, so it requires my full attention on what’s ahead, guess I never paid attention enough to notice.

I will now... lol.

my 2016 had the exact same issue. They had to replace the whole mechanism. I think there is a campaign for this on older cars like my 2016.

I did and it was fixed at the dealership. Don't remember what they did but I seem to remember it was a known issue. New parts. Done. This was with my previous GTS I don't remember exactly what they did to fix it.... but it was the same issues you describe. Done under warranty.
