Is there a list of recalls for the AMG GTC on here?
Failing that, the AMG GT?

I just want to check through before my next service visit.

All I know of is the faulty carbon drive shaft on some early models.

Dealer can/will run VIN of your car which will show all open recalls on it.

You can check for yourself on the mbusa website. Look for recalls and put your VIN in to see if there are any for you car.

Thank you all - this was very helpful. On my 18 GTC Roadster in the UK:

It suggests the following free:

1. Carbon Fibre crankshaft replacement with oils etc
2. Front radiator protection mesh
3. Seat belt guide loop <----- ADDED
4. Water Pump examination Sorry this was a warranty job undertaken

Water pump prone to failure?..... that's a new one to me. Seems to be a non-issue for mine. What is the issue with these pumps?

I thought the crankshaft issue was limited to some early models only!!

The ol' carbon fiber crankshaft. That's a new one! I think you mean driveshaft.

Is the Front radiator protection mesh really a recall? Sounds more like a TSB.

I have an 18 without them and it doesnt show up as a recall item in a VIN search with MB.

Is that a TSB? I have a 2018 with one side radiator protection grid missing, but it's still there on the other side. My parts guy at the dealership can't find the part for a 2018. He found the 2017 part based on part number info I found here. Anybody know the PN for 2018+? And if it's really a TSB, will they install a missing unit?

I dont know the part # but called my dealership and they are installing them as warranty.

Do you think they have to take the front end of the car off to install them? I'll check on a warranty install next time I have a chance. If I can at least get the part identified, I can hopefully get a quicker response in the service dept.

They do to install them behind the lower middle grill. The side grills, like the one you’re missing, can be pulled out from the front. You should also search for any wrecked cars and try to buy one from there.

I should have perhaps mentioned that I am based in the UK - and some of these recalls may be region/country-specific?
What's free in one country may be at cost in others, or one treated as a warranty repair whilst it is a specified recall in the other?

Helpfully, I need to check whether the front middle air dam is protected - I think the mesh was put on the two outer vents
