Never use Hard Park Pro

Hey everyone, sorry to use this as a rant forum, but I ordered a bumper from these guys on June 23rd of this year. Was never told a lead time but after ordering the order then said there is a small lead time. I called and spoke to the owner and he said it will be processed and delivered as soon as possible. 3 weeks go by I call back he then says it’s a 8 to 10 week lead time. I call back today at 13 weeks and he told me it’s 3 to 4 months for a special order. Is it really special when it’s on a website and anyone can order it?
I lost my mind at that point and was tired of his lies and told him to refund my money which he then said no refunds. I will be going through my bank to see if anything can be done. But just so you all know and don’t get caught up in his con, don’t order anything from them, you will get no emails, no tracking number info, nothing but more empty account.

If you bought this using a credit card you should have no problem stopping the purchase and getting a refund to your CC

I’m glad it went good for you. Did you get any info along the line or any Correspondence as when you will get your item? Because I’m getting changed stories and BS.

Credit card or PayPal you will definitely get your money back, you never received the product. Lack of communication and transparency is disappointing.

To be clear, they shouldn’t have charged your credit card or Paypal for the full transacttion amount until it was shipped.
So, you are on very strong ground if you request a reversal of the transaction.

Yup, I had an estimated delivery date asap, and it was at my house within the week.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I ordered my rear diffuser through them on 3/31 and it arrived on 6/6, with a shipping notification on 6/3.

Once again and as others have advised, get Affirm to reverse the charge. They are in violation of the card issuer and consumer regulations by charging your card before your product has shipped.

Ask for a full reversal ASAP and carry the credit balance.

Easier said than done. Affirm is a 90 day process and that is if they will take up the fight. I already submitted the complaint in writing. I'm not in a hurry for the money, but I do want them to do something about it since I use them quite often for these kinds of purchases, but if they don't reverse it, I won't use them again either.
