Xentry DAS System
I have a 2018. I've coded Ferraris and an Gen 2 Audi R8 before (converting to LED lighting and setting up Euro progressive turn signals), with the right access to the equipment it should work especially if an indi shop has the equipment. The DAS system looks like it can be purchased. The software is windows and menu based...Do you have a new GT and were unsuccessful in a coding job? Love to get some additional context around your comment.
If a system like that exists in the MB world, I am most likely in.

Looks like I am seeing genuine tools and then the typical copycats with hack passwords/work arounds. I've used these hack tools in the past, mostly with success.
Tech II unit for GM (Corvette) Diagnostics tool - Chinese version mimicked GMs real Tech II - successful tool; worked well; pretty good support from users.
HP Tuners - Breaks into EMSs - used this tool extensively to modify EMS data files - successful tool, well supported, but still a hack SW; very well supported, big user community; but you can "brick" an ECU pretty fast if you don't know what you're doing.
IETIS - shop manuals, hack version with back dated file access. - successful tool.
Way back in my past - Ford (Jaguar) diagnostic tools, hack SW - somewhat successful, but lots of flawed knockoff SW that got some in very big trouble.
So, Xentry DAS looks worth some investigation.
