I wasn't able to order a GTR, so went with the GTC. Order placed in late December. I've been told MB isn't "allocating vehicles yet". Anyone know the delivery times?
Yes look around, was able to find exactly what I wanted , many out of state options.

Haven't been here for awhile, but in the same boat. Placed an order for a 21 GTC before Christmas. A gift from me to me. No P/O as of yet, second on the list from the dealer. Thinking of going to plan B. No timeline as of yet, real bummer. Really do not want to wait 6/9 month's. Thinking tune for this car and call it a day. E55 is still in storage. Decisions, Decisions.

Given that so much of the 2020 GTC/R performance features have been moved into the base GT 2021 model, it's difficult to justify the extra $35K. What am I missing?

Interesting. My dealer says that there is no final USA pricing yet for 2021 models. He knows I want to order one...but says pricing still not official.
When I spoke to my dealer last, he suggested that Mercedes-AMG have temporarily stopped taking orders on all AMG GTC / GTR variants (or making allocations)
This is until April 2021 as the Daimler Group have run out of carbon credits and need to stay within EU emissions targets or risk large fines.
Also I was given to understand there will be new options on the AMG GTC when orders begin (it was loosely described to me as the AMG GTC with GTR options (presume it is the rear diffuser and exhaust, active aero and the 9-stage traction control) as a run-out model.
