Ventilated seats
If you wanted the ventilated seats, you should have gotten them from the get go.
Ante up the ponies and get your big boy car with all your favorite toys.
if it’s a used car wait for one with all your favorite specs.
ventilated seats are not an aftermarket add on. The ventilated seats have perforations, the padding is different and of course there is a fan. You would probably need to replace the seats.

OP Unless you live somewhere super hot keep it as original as possible for a while. Some smart gentleman here gave me a tip to use the car a bit before I make changes. I am glad I listened- The car as is - is everything I hoped it would be. Also, I could be wrong, but I personally think that every time you get some shop or even yourself to change something out you risk creating a bad electrical connection or something else. If I had them switched out sure enough the next day the car would catch on fire.
That's a fairly superstitious approach to take with these cars, as a large number of us have modified our GTs extensively. I've wired in dual dash cams, radar detector, tuned the car, added EVM, disconnected the spoiler motor from the spoiler, etc. 22k miles, no issues.

I am not saying don't modify or make a car your own and that I won't. I am saying that even the factory engineers at AMG can make mistakes, so there is always a risk, so it is a simple risk V reward situation. For you living in Texas you feel you need the ventilated seats - Great but not everyone is living in Texas and if you don't need it I am just pointing out that in his case he may be better off leaving it alone for something he may not get a ton of benefit from in his situation.
If I were still in the market for a GTR, and it was heavily modified I'd want it to be gone over with a fine tooth comb by a qualified shop and since they are often sold pretty quickly that may not be feasible. I bet if you take all modded cars there is a pretty big percentage that have major failings due to mods but overall most are probably good to go.
