AMG GT Black Series Owners Manual Missing or not?
I received my AMG GT BS and I believe my manual is missing but my dealer tells me the attached is all the comes with the car and the manual is online. Can someone confirm if they received more than this and maybe post a pic of the manual if they did. I want to know if I’m mistaken or I need to raise hell. Thanks.

When I acquired my 2018 GT coupe it came with an owner's manual, but I also wanted a digital one so that I could refer to it without dragging it out of the car. I went to the MBZ USA to download it. There was none. There was a manual for the roadster. I looked around and found that the Canadian MBZ site had the manual and that it was a USA-Canada manual.
The manual in my current 2020 GT roadster is for the GTR. I wonder what the Germans think about Americans -- that we won't notice?

I have a printed manual, but as stated earlier, I found and use an online one which is easier/faster than going out to the car.
I think lots of manufacturers are giving up on printing, especially as these manuals are becoming the size of phone books....

Same, I have a printed manual, but have only ever used the online manual to lookup what I've needed to.

2021 AMG ST stealth edition
I recently purchased my 2021 AMG GT Stealth Edition (barely used only 1200 miles) and it didn't have a physical owners manual. Dealership was no help in getting one and parts department says they can't order one, very frustrating because even though I can find the manual online (PDF) I still like to have the physical copy. Trying to use the onboard one is a pain in my option, easier to just flip through the book. I only found a manual for 2020 year via the Canadian site https://www.mercedes-benz.ca/en/owners/manuals . Just find it hard to believe you spend that kind of money on a car and they can't get you a physical manual.

I'm sure they did, but they should be able to order a replacement. Even when I give them the part number from the digital version of the manual and they say the system says that part number is not available.

My BS did not have a printed manual upon delivery. After some helpful feedback on this forum (that others had indeed received a manual) I reached out to my salesman. They summarily sent me the owners manual. Good luck!

Several of us took delivery of our BS and didn’t receive a manual.
Had the dealer list the missing manual on the dealer PDI inspection report and order me one.
The dealer received it in a couple of weeks and I picked it up.
I would recommend you ask the dealer to escalate the issue.
Hopefully you’ll receive one shortly.
We’ll be seeing them show up on Ebay soon at outrageous prices.

That’s why you want the dealership management to formally escalate the issue. The GM has access to contacts that may be able to help.
There is also a Customer Satisfaction Department. The dealer can provide you with the contact information.
It’s worth a try.

Have you tried to use the digital one in the car? It has search features. I searched the PDF and I find it to be near worthless.
I honestly do wonder where all of the printed manuals went. Let’s see what EBAY has for sale shortly.
