Service required?
There are documented details of eavry service MB requires. You should be able to obtain document copies of each service from your dealer
The duration between services is driven by mileage or time…usually annually.

In my opinion, the services should be performed when they are due. The MB AMG engineers spend a lot of time determining the optimum service times.
Additionally, a well documented and serviced car is more desireable on resale.
In the end it’s your decision.

I saw your email but wasn't sure what to do but I think I pressed Share.
I will never skip out on the ATF or any transaxle fluid though, very small assurance on a 20k replacement. Learning how to DIY or source cheaper parts/fluids will make it much easier

Dealer told me the same thing about spark plugs and transmission fluid, but after politely pushing back and discussing it with them, they agreed the spark plugs could wait.
If I were you, I would have them pull up the service history as your fluid might have been changed already. That was my case.
Transmission fluid was changed at 3,000 miles by the dealer I bought it from as it had not been changed in 4 years. The dealer did this while they had the car for sale.
Fluid does slowly absorb moisture from the air and
