GTS Brake Rotor/Pad Replacement Cost?
Most shops will always want to replace rotors whether it's actually required or not. You don't need to replace the rotors unless the divots are more than 50% "worn down" or there's serious scoring on the rotor surface (e.g., you depleted the pad material and hit the metal backing on the pad) or there are lengthy radial cracks (1/2"+) around the vent holes on the rotor surface.
Replacing the pads and rotor is not a difficult job, just remember to use new caliper bolts as they're rated for 1-time use (and the forces on calipers are huge!). WIS also instructs you to unscrew the brake lines, but that's (messy and) not necessary, just be sure to be careful not to put a bunch of force on the flex hose and have some place to put the caliper (hoist member) or hang the caliper once it's removed (they're quite heavy).
You should have a brake spreader and you'll need a torque wrench. Obviously, it's also often a good time to refresh the brake fluid. Remember to burnish/bed-in the new pads.

Just search for this part number on auction or other sites and you will see they can be had for about $600 each. Even less from Rockauto which lists them
OEM Mercedes pads are part number 000-420-51-04 and can be had from an online Mercedes vendor for about $310 for a full set, and you will need a brake pad wear sensor part 171-540-06-17 for $14. Total parts cost would be $1524 or even less. Easy job. You do not need to replace caliper bolts. Mine are original from 2016 and thousands of laps.
