Detail Pics - Before & After
So I finally had a free weekend to detail my car! The minor swirl marks have been bugging for quite some time, and my attentive loved ones pitched in a bought me a Porter Cable 733SP and Soun DAS pads (yes, she listens!)
I began by washing the car well with Dawn and clayed the problem areas. Below are two shots of my equipment and what the Dawn and clay revealed.

Notice the swirl marks on the door above! In 4.0 megapixles, the swirls look scary!
Well, below, I used Mequires DACP and the blue Sonus pad (medium agressive) with the PC. Here are the results...amazing when you see it in person! It looks and feels like glass.

Looks like it's wet - it's my first time seeing pics of your ride, it looks really, really nice. Love that color.

looks good... but mine looks better with 19s
btw, NXT wax is actually quite a good wax, its the top selling wax on the market. That porter cable will come in SOOOO handy... makes everything so much easier (waxing, wax removal, buffing, etccc)

str8ridin, looks great!!! If you don't mind letting us know. Where and how much was the Porter Cable orbital? I checked griots.com and they sell for about $180, and i've seen some for $130 online. Can it be bought from a sears, lowes, or similar?

So, as it turns out, I have an extra Porter Cable buffer sitting at home. I bought one for me, and being silly, I thought my wife would want one to work on her car when I'm working on my car at the same time... who'd thought she's not interested.
So, it stayed in the garage and my friends use one when I'm using the other one.
To make a long story short, make me an offer. Its in good used condition. No problems whatsoever. I misplaced the "T" handle bar, but, for buffing a car, they recommend using it without it. Thats how i lost it...
Anyhow, it comes with a Meguiars mounting plate installed, and nothing else. I can throw in a Meguiars buffing pad if you want one (new, of course... retails about $7-8??)
PM or email me for those interested... Make me an offer... but, don't low ball me... i know how much these cost

And as for seeing you car in motion, you gotta give the video camera to someone else while you're driving! Or let someone else drive your car while you follow...but that requires letting an other person drive and I understand how that goes. haha
