How to remove GREASE stain?

How to remove GREASE stain?
So, my idiot roommate put his philly cheesesteak on my back seat of my brand new jeep (cloth seats). Now there is a nice grease spot right in the middle. Minus replacing the cloth, are does anybody have any suggesions on how to remove grease stains? And techiques or good products?

To remove stains-
To remove stains the surface tension that bonds them must be released, then the stain encapsulated and held in suspension to be removed. When cleaning a stain, try detergent and water first. If this does not remove the stain, then try a stronger type cleaner (303'M Cleaner & Spot Remover) once fabric is clean apply a fabric protection (303TM High Tech Fabric Guard)

I am surprised that you didn't "Scotch Guard " the seats when you first got it.Oh well , hindsight is always 20/20.
