I am ready to buy some more products from you again. This time I want to go the route on products you can recomend for my swirl marks without having to buy a buffer. Surely I should be able to remove some marks without the orbital. I was just very worried about using that on my car. I am on a budget, so could you recomend something that can be applied via pad using good old elbow grease?

You definitely can use some polishes by hand it's just harder to get the significant improvement that a buffer can provide. I certainly understand and respect anyone's decision to do it by hand though so no worries at all. The hard part for me is whether or not to recommend a two step application for hand polishing. With a buffer I almost always recommend a two step process. When you apply polishes you need a good amount of pressure and lots of passes over the same area. Therefore it can be tough to do two coats like this by hand. If you think you are up to a two step process try the Poorboy's World SSR 2.5 and finish with the Menzerna Final Polish II. The SSR 2.5 works well during hand applications and gets some pretty good results. I still like the Menzerna Final Polish II as my finishing/light polish because it seems to leave the surface more optically clear. If you only want to do a one step routine I would suggest just using the Menzerna Final Polish II.

After that apply some protection with a quality sealant. I love the Chemical Guys Jetseal 109 but the Chemical Guys M-Seal is probably the best value for you. Let me know if you have any other questions or areas in need of a recommendation.

Three awesome products to use in combination! I absolutely love those products you listed. I left them off so we could hopefully fit his budget and hand application needs. Any combination of the products you and I listed would be a big help.

are they more expensive than the ones you recomended to me Greg. I can afford them, I just want the best products that will eliminate swirl marka as I wax the car more and more over time.

The PO106FF is the only product there designed to remove the swirls. It is noticeably better in my experience. However without the use of a buffer the results will always be limited no matter what polish you use. In short yes I do think the PO106FF is worth it if you want the best results. The other products are a sealant and a wax. The Chemical Guys Jetseal 109 is my favorite sealant for long lasting protection. The 50/50 is an amazing wax that really make the paint "pop".

I've used SIP/106FF coated with Jetseal 109 and 50/50 (Thanks again Greg for those superb products.

BUT...i've used them on Porter Cable. I beleive that doing 106ff by hand will give you very very limited results. If your car comes with ceramic clear coat it's even worse in term of results by hand.

I'm thrilled to hear the results have been great with our products and recommendation. I agree if you have the newer ceramic clear coats the SIP/PO106FA is even more necessary as well as the buffer. You can polish by hand but the results will just be rather limited.
