cleaning non-removable carpets
i usually shampoo floormats and spray them with water to remove soap, but obviously i can't spray water into my interior, so how do i shampoo the carpet that runs from behind the center console down to the floor of the car and over underneath the door sill?
i was thinking a litlte shampoo, good scrubbing, rinse with water from maybe a small spray bottle scrub some more and then suck the water out with a vacuum??
am i off?
To hand clean carpet and upholstery:
·Apply cleaning product (303™ Cleaner & Spot Remover) by spraying on the surface to be cleaned. Brush into surface to create foam. The foam will dissolve and suspend soils.
·Blotting and wiping using terry cloth towels now can remove the cleaning liquid. Cleaning interiors by hand is a time-consuming process.
·Brush the carpet to raise the nap and loosen ground in dirt
·Vacuum with a (Metro Vac N’ Blo ®) to lift all the loose dirt from the carpet
Spot treat really bad stains (303™ Cleaner & Spot Remover)
·Using the vacuum, remove the excess moisture and the grime.
~Hope this helps~
