Yes indeed, the W221 S320 CDI can be ordered as from this week

edit: in Europe that is.

 

Also, AFAIK there's going to be a new V8 diesel available very soon....

 

I wonder if they'll put the turbo diesel V8 in it...now that would be something!

 

Very soon Mercedes will start producing S 320 CDI and S 420 CDI (V8, 314 hp).

Hey guys Wake up the S class w220 was made with a 320 cdi for 5 years now and the 400 cdi 250ch also. My step father has a s320 cdi and works very well 7.5 liters /100km of consumption and 0to 60mph/h in 8.5s.

He had ordered the new one and it will be one of the first delivered in france around february 15th.

The reason for mercedes to be on this market is gas price as everybody knows even people with money doesn't want to spend 120€ of gas and do 200 miles with it.

I have a cls 320 cdi AMG package and I feel it up for 65€ and I do moer than 1000 kilometer... and 0to 60mph 6.8sec
