SVO/WVO Turbo Diesel Suggestions
I just heard about svo/wvo in diesels and wanted to go in that direction as far as my next vehicle i have a budget of about 5000-6000 and want some info on which benz would be the fastest and cheapest to buy/convert.

WVO
LoveCraft makes a good kit for 77-85 mercedes. I ahve a 1980 running on it for a year, no problems. Newer than 85 will have problems on one tank systems. Look at golden fuels for a 2 tank system.

Lovecrap is the worst of every "conversion" in existence. NO car should EVER be run with a single tank "conversion", especially one so poorly designed. There is no climate on earth warm enough to use a single tank "conversion" without causing damage.
In fact, NO car should ever be run on WVO or SVO. It illegal, its bad for the environment, its harmful to the car and its a wasteful use of a good resource.
If you want to use a bio fuel, use legal, safe, clean BioDiesel.

a fnd got 1 installed in his w123 , dual tank, it worked well except it needs 23 mins of driving before it will switch to 2nd tank, but he rarely drives >23 mins in most of his driving. He will benefit it if driven on longer stretch.
Now his 2nd car he didnt bother to do 2 tanks.
i mix F used veg oil, or atf 50/50 seems to be doing well.

he did it not because of economic reason, he had money thats all. The money he spent on all these conversions, cars he will only see a fractions of it back.
for ennvironmental reason he will be much better off do more walking thats all.
OT what if everybody start using plug EVs , where is our govt find the massive road tax revenue?
Or majority of cars gets 50 mpg, that will be 1/2 of gas consumed.
