Hey everyone. I have been reading around the forums and you guys seem really helpful. i have a 1982 300D that i have gotten from my dad. The body itself is in great condition but i know the engine needs some tlc.

I found a couple engine maintenance kits from dieselgiant.com but have not purchased them, i have been doing alot of research online about this car and i have a few questions.

Is it worth the trouble to make it turboed? i read that the drive train on the 300D and 300D-T are completely different.

Also, do you guys know any place to get some lips for the W123 body style. i have been searching and i just cant seem to find any. no im not trying to rice it out with a body kit, but a nice subtle lip kit would look good i think

thanks in advance!

And, no, you can't "turbo" it. Mercedes made extensive changes to this engine when it did it.
