Turbo upgrade for E320 bluetec

Anyone know of any turbo upgrades for the E320? I have a 2008 that I am wanting to push to the limit. Would also like to know if anyone can recommend a good tuner for these.

Thanks

I have heard of owners that put the turbo from the new S400 engine (I think) on the E320. An increase in fuel flow will also be necessary with the bigger turbo. You might need larger injectors and a hopped up fuel pump. I don't know for sure though.
As far as tuners go: Speedtuning, Brabus, Kleeman, etc all have a program. The Kleeman KD Box seems to be the most popular and cost effective. I have a Speedtuning program in my car and I really like it.

I'd also recommend upgrading the pipe diameter and lessen any restrictions of your exhaust system first. That engine is going to get hot.

I own a performance shop so all the mechanical upgrades are no problem. My concern is tuning the vehicle after we do all the upgrades. My tuner is really good on all the HP tuner stuff as well as SCT and Dialblo as we service and dyno tune mainly American cars. I would love for my guys to be able to work on and tune Mercedes vehicles (since I own two Mercedes myself) but I don't know where to start to point them in the right direction. I am no mechanic or tuner so I am not the most knowledgeable person on all this and was hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction to get them started on what hardware and software is out there for ECU tuning on Mercedes . I don't really want to do the chip or box thing (even though I haven't ruled it out) but actually be able to do performance upgrades on these and custom tune them ourselves. it would seem that the E320 is extremely underpowered and really has the potential to be a beast if we could unlock its potential with some mechanical upgrades and a good tune. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The S400 CDI uses two very small turbos.

Might want to consider the durability of the 7G tranny with the higher torque that will come with the upgrades. There is a reason MB (and everyone else) keeps the torque under 600.

Look into the KD box. With these diesels all is really needed is more fuel. That's where the factory hides the potential.

Scam or not scam, I am using KD Box (Kleeman) for many years on different cars without any problem. And yes, I can feel difference ...

But I agree that you can find many scam products similar to Brabus, Kleeman for less money ...If you go with more power, stick with big names.

And yes, not paid by Kleeman for saying this
