I have a 2013 c350cdi amg sport plus.
Lovely car but I'm supprised the exhaust doesn't give more grunt! Is there anything I can do to make it sound louder?
Someone suggested putting the c63 kit on but it's too pricey!
Would appreciate some feedback 😀

Jokes aside, amazing how technology change in one generation.
20 years ago all diesel owners were working on making the cars quieter.
How do you like 350D otherwise James?
265 HP is more than top line AMG models had just 15 years ago.

It's a great car, smooth, looks great in obsidian black and has more than enough power for me! Just a little disappointed by the lack of exahust sound for such a powerful car.

Well... don't buy Tesla then
For me, after having tens of noisy diesels in the past, I enjoy quiet Bluetec.
What is your real life mpg?

There are a lot of aftermarket mufflers out there. I would do a youtube search and find one that has the closest sound to what you want - always baring in mind that the diesel won't sound quite the same. There's not much else you can do except drill some holes in your exhaust - you'd be surprised the difference a 1/8" hole will make

Why not just disconnect your rear mufflers wherever they join and see what it sounds like. Most diesels with a dpf/scr don't get much louder sometimes there's almost no difference in sound if you straight pipe it after the dpf/scr. So maybe it will be just enough for what you're looking for then you can get some straight pipes with tips made to replace the muffler's.
Do not drive around with your muffler's disconnected for long because when it goes into regen the exhaust gas temperature goes up pretty high and without an exit to the back of the car you could cause damage underneath the car.
