Injectors cooding?
Some time ago i took my injectors for cleaning. After the mechanic got them he did not put them in the same holes they came out off. I hade them labeled and all but he decided to rip of the labels and not pay any attention to this detail he deemed unimportant.
Now reading on different forums I have seen that some people say this injectors need cooding into the ECU and honestly i have experienced a lack of power ever since this happen.
Is this correct do they need coding and if so what tool can be used to fix this?
Thanks

The specialis how did the cleaning said that they look good and are within parameters.
So if that is the case the only thing now is to check if coding is requiered or not since i know for sure they were not put in their original places
Now im wondering if there is some kind of tunning or an other way to tell the original placement of the injectors. Since everyone advises to put then back to their original places there muat be somtheing to it...

His conclusion was that the injectors have been replaced as factory would use injectors with consequent numbers.
But that is evidence that they do get coding into the car. Is it really necessary? Who knows. The car also suppose to have new air filters coded, when I replaced them without coding and sky did not fail.
I don't think you have other choice than try, but now you can buy $150 scanners who should do the job on older cars (I don't see MY of car in question here?).
It would be much more difficult on newer cars, who require SCN coding.
