Has anyone received a payment from the MB USA Direct Cash Program where the deadline to submit was December 31, 2022? I had submitted by claim prior to the deadline and just got an email saying it was declined when 10 days prior I got an email saying it was in progress and all documentation had been received.

Submitted mine before a few days before the Dec 31, 2022 deadline.

Still waiting on payment.

You mixed 2 different things.
Bluetec settlement had expiration date on December 31.22
MB USA modification incentive program seems to have deadline July 31.23
AEM doesn't have posted expiration date.

Not sure how the Bluetec settlement and MB USA modification incentive program is different? They are both applied for on bluetecupdate.mbusa.com
I applied for the higher amount before 12/31, I believe it was $3200.

The incentive was reduced to $2000 after 12/31, but the application process was the same on bluetecupdate.mbusa.com

This was the earlier screenshot when the deadline was 3/31 but they extended it.

The original cash settlement applications were send to law firm.
New incentive applications go to MB USA.

Before 12/31/2022 they also went to MB USA via the website which was how I submitted mine.

Not sure what the point of your argument is, or why your even making it. Seems to serve no purpose but further confuse people.

You keep bringing the confusion.
The bluetec settlement was process by law firm, where Shelby was answering the question.
With MB USA incentive, she is no longer involved, nor is the law firm.

Yeah!! I just received my incentive check for $3290.00!! So glad this part is over!

I just received my check a couple of days ago 3290
