W212 OM642 Injector Smooth running and Zero quantity shos 0 values al lthe time

I have a strange problem with my E350CDI 2011, engine 642.858 265hp. Car has a vibration and diesel knock injector sound. The sound and vibration is more audible when i rev a little bit from idle. It feels like engine is not balanced anymore at 1200rpm. I have done new timing chain,oil pump,water pump, 6 injectors (used from another car), checked the belt and the pulleys, updated ECM,maybe other things too that i can't remember and STILL the problem is HERE. I have noticed that zero quantity calibration will stay 0 for all pressures and all injectors.
Xentry shows no trouble code,injectors are coded with their serial numbers, live data all within range, no smoke, no oil consumption, no power loss. I have tried more than 10 times Reset zero quantity calibration and do driving cycles but it goes over 1000km and still no value. Sometimes it addes a correction to 1400bar only for 2 injectors.
Also it doesn't show full data of Quantity Corretion values of smooth running control. Like it can't recognize min and max values of injectors
I have sent the car to more than 10 garages including the Mercedes dealer and they can't find the problem.
Do you have any idea what causes this strange problem?
That's exactly how i coded them. It's something wrong preventing ECU from reading injector values Actual,Min and Max. Also when i test via Launch it shows all injector voltages 1.05V
Do you have something else in mind so i can try?

Did the problem occur after software update? Frequently, software updates under low voltage corrupt software.
but i wonder if the injectors are of the proper part # for your year. If I recall correctly, early om642 injectors are not compatible with late om642

No the problem was before. I got another ECU from W221 and copied my software into it and it didn't solve the problem. At least i excluded that it is ECU hardware problem. After that i got another ECU from W207 that was working perfectly. The only difference was the EGR ratio on idle. With my ECU it stays 47% and with that ECU it stayed less. Copied that firmware to mine and my ECU acts like W207. W207 had adaption data inside and zero quantity correction values inside. A couple of days ago i changed the camshaft sensor because i read that ECU adjusts the injector quantities from crankshaft and camshaft data. I don't know why but that day for some minutes it started showing all injector datas Actual,Min and Max values. The injector are originals. Also it was a problem at crankshaft sensor with cable isolation and i fixed it.
