Bluetec Canada settlement
I sent in my bluetec settlement claim over a year ago. My claim has been approved, as confirmed by the settlement administrator several times over email. However, they have kept on saying "be patient" and "it will be sent shortly" and "it will be sent in August", and I still have not received anything!!!
This is so infuriating.
Now I tried to email them because I have moved houses just as of yesterday and I now got an automated reply back that they are "no longer monitoring this email".
I have no clue how to reach these people and I can't help but wonder that they have no intention of paying out the settlement.
I suppose I can write a written letter to their physical mailbox in Vancouver but I have no way of knowing if this is even attended to.
I am just venting here and feeling really jipped by these people...

I understand your frustration....I submitted my claim in February and it was approved at that time. I have sent several emails asking what is happening.
....Still no cheque?

You should have a list of covered items coming with your warranty.
Unfortunately it is not "bumper to bumper" and you have to read it carefully.
Here is what it covers on my E250 BT in USA.
Yours should be very similar

My codes were for left and right intake manifolds,,the paper states the manifolds are covered, but the dealer is saying the manifolds are "carboned up",he says they are not broken, just plugged?.How do you "break" a manifold?,my van is in limp mode and is barely drivable,CEL is on.I think they arent fussy about doing it and is easier to discourage me then to do it.Im looking for someone to help point me in the direction to get another opinion on this job.Have a email into MB canada, but they are slow to get back to me,they are hoping ill go away.. my van is a 2010 177 with 213klms on it. harvey

send email to the law firm.
Shelby was very good in emailing back in USA and I heard it is the same firm with different office doing it in Canada.
