2016 GLE 300d throwing code P246364 and P246385? Help

Unfortunately, after I logged out of Xentry car went into limp mode. I turned the car and off and the CEL came on. I cleared the codes and they come back again. Somehow i messed up something and still unable to do dpf regen!!!
Prior to that I had no issues whatsoever but I thought id need to do the manual regeneration as for the last couple of months I’ve beed doing a lot of 25 mph driving.

From what I know, once you exceed 200%, the car computer will no longer touch regeneration and you need to do mechanical cleaning.

I did manual regen cus like I said I had been doing a lot of city driving and I knew the temps havent reached high enough for an automatic regen. Im in the US.

Otherwise, it should be covered under the extended warranty.

You did not answer my question about AEM warranty?
With 190% of soot you might be past self-regeneration limits.
That is why advise ScanGauge monitoring to avoid such situation.
Do you drive with high fuel level?

I have read up here on the forums about AEM but I do not know how to go about making a claim.
Which ScanGauge is best for my car?
I never let the tank go below half full and I usually only use Shell Diesel - I avoid biodiesel.

Most of my miles is on suburban and rural roads. 55 mph is the exception, not the rule. No problems (yet, knock on wood) with regnerations. Sometimes when I pull in to the yard and get out I can smell it, and I know it was in progress. It smells like a melted plastic bag, or p-tex, if you've ever repaired ski bottoms.
