faults with eclass cabrio a207
i would like to start this thread so we can compile a list of all the faults people are finding with their eclass cabriolet and any fix for the problem.
to start mine i drive a e350 cdi 2010 April model e cabriolet and the only fault i have found with mine so far is
my drivers mirror seems to squeak when the mirror folds in. has anyone else noticed this issue?
i have taken it to my local Mercedes dealer and they just re oiled the unit and it seems to squeak less however i have complained and now they are replacing the whole mirror.

MB 350 E convertible
We had a map issue with GPS in 2011 E 350 vert. Dealer is taking care of it. Car is otherwise "perfect". We had 2006 CLK 350 vert, it had a top problem. This one does not. The AirScrape (sp) is a nice feature to cut down wind with top down.

FYI, squeak folding mirror is common in C class as well. There are TSB for C class (don't know the number, it is different between countries/rhd/lhd). Apparently 2 fixes, one is drilled something inside (not outside cover) to make way for lubricant to get into the mechanical parts. The second one would be replacing the whole mirror frame with 'improved' parts.

Anyone have a weird feedback in the steering when going around an entrance ramp fast, and you hit a bump in the road. Feels like it goes dead.

my vehicle has done around 4000 miles now and i am intermittently receiving an error on my dash on a cold start morning stating.
"top up coolant"
on checking the coolant it seems to be full.
can anyone please advise if they have also had this problem or what i should do next/

just my luck.... i seem to be the only 1 with faults on this forum.lol
got in my car this morning and my climate control was on 21 degrees c which should mean like normal it blows out cool air... however what i noticed was the drivers vent in the center was blowing out the cool air but the left vent being the passenger over here in the UK was blowing out hot.
can anyone advise what this maybe?

I had the same "top up coolant" warning when i had 6000miles on my odometer. It was very hot summer here and i drove long strecthes etc. Let the car cool down after driving and carefully add some mercedes approved coolant to your reservoir. 50% coolant / 50% water. I did the same thing and everything is back to normal and there is no warnings anymore.
