Thanks guys, I'll be honest it does get quite a few looks haha
The car in that picture is really dirty though it doesn't look it it really is, started to rain as well so couldn't take great pics of it but will get it cleaned up soon and take some better pics.
Also - handling is way better, ride comfort is exactly the same, had the camber sorted make sure the alignment is ok so the tires don't wear out too badly. One week today and I will have the carlsson lip fitted

Thanks Gavro, just when you thought I might have decided to stop, I've found some rather nice 355mm Brembo GT's for a good price too, so will maybe order these just need to ask you, what other upgrades did you need to do to fit the Brembos to yours?
Also, fitted some more rear spacers, H&R 15mm out back, the gap between top of tire and fender is basically 1 finger lol ditched the front plates as well in favour of bumper plugs

MBWorld Fanatic!
Nice upgrades Dr.Nab. That lip looks perfect and the drop with the spacers really sets it all off
I only dont like the yellow Vredestein letters on the tires - did you paint them yourself?

thanks olszowa, I do paint them myself yeah just to be a bit different.
thats ok gavro, they were only on for a show on sunday, will take them off next time i detail the car, same with the sticker on the front.
will think about ordering the brembos then, a friend has told me to wait out on a set of Brabus/Alcon brakes and discs, he knows of the Brabus surplus shop in Germany so will look in to seeing if there are any there that I can use, if i get the brembos will have yellow calipers

yeah I do like it, looks very good and much more aggressive. Fit and finish of the diffuser is top quality, better than OEM in my opinion, I've seen no end of OEM Mercedes with "carbon exterior pack" where the carbon is delaminating or weave is poor, dull etc. This stuff is deep in contrast, weave is great fits perfectly in to the bumper in minutes.

Hi everyone! This is my first post on the forum.
I would say this is one of the best looking W207 I ever seen. Clean and simple. Nothing over done which in nice balance for this category.
I will order my 2013 E550 cabriolet in about a week time. Hope I can follow your path to make my future ride as beautiful as yours.

Brake upgrade?
This has to be one of the most followed posts on MBWorld! I've enjoyed all your upgrades and take vicarious pleasure wishing I were able to do all that you have done to your beautiful ride. You mention the Brembo upgrade and I have to ask you during what driving experience, on track or just in the English countryside, did you find the stock brakes inadequate for the driving you do? How did the fade present itself, or were there other even more threatening examples of braking inadequacies that have you considering the Brembos?

With regards to the Brembo upgrade, I have to be honest with you and say it is for no other reason than aesthetics. The standard brakes are too small to match the look of the car, I'd consider an upgrade to the 12/13 E550 brakes but for the cost from MB even with a little discount it still makes more sense to go for Brembos, could go for some alternate branded brakes which lack in build quality of materials and longevity but do the same job well - know of a few drifters who use them (and I mean USE them ) and have done so for over 12 months with no issues but I'm reluctant to put cheap parts on it.
But no, I don't have too many spirited drives at all and haven't found the standard brakes to fade or not work well enough for me, just purely aesthetics, stupid right?!
