Problems after lowering my 350 with eibach

Hello to everybody. I want to share my experience with lowering the E Coupe 350. I got eibach lowering springs from ebay and visited my local shop for install. Everything went as expected and i received my car. It looked great and i was happy. After few days i started to hear some clonking noise from the front left side. This sound is audible when i turn left at very low speed. This was bothering me few days and i decided to take my car to the shop for inspection. They test drove my car and took all apart but didn't find any problems. I wasn't happy. I took the car for another shop and told them to find what is causing the problem but they also said that they couldn't find anything that is broken or installed wrong. Now im thinking what to do, could you help me out guys?

spring bind. give it a few days...it will either go away or the shop needs to pull and reassemble.

I have had the springs installed for 6months already.. I have even tried different wheels but the sound is still there. Im considering changing the original springs back even if it ruins the cars look..

is the noise new? I used to get similar noise after winter or driving on roads with lots of dirt, etc. Sand, etc would get in between the spring and perch and the spring was kept from moving on the perch, causing bind and that noise you're hearing. Shooting it out with a hose did the trick.

I have had it from the beginning after lowering. I think the sound is similar clicking noise what other users have had in their cars in this forum. There is even thread about it here on the first page. Im typing this with mobile so i can't put the link.

ahh, that's my thread. if its the RF wheel...it has nothing to do with the springs (though they may not be helping things).

Yes the e550 suspension noise thread. Sound described by few users is exactly the same. Quite frankly i have encountered many small flaws with my car and im thinking of switching back to bmw. Not really satisfied with the quality/price ratio not to mention the dealership service.

I am running EIBACH for a year and i have a problem in the front as well, when i turn left or right to the maximum the wheel touches a bit the dampers but i do not mind.A cause might be my wrong offset.

Do you have the clickin/knoc knoc knoc sound when you are turning in very low speeds?
