Auto window up on rear?

Is there supposed to be auto-window up on rear windows? I mean when you pull the button to top and it clicks like in the front, is the back supposed to just auto go up all the way? Ours doesn't so ...

I think it's a programming issue too will be sending my car in for some more jobs on tuesday so will ask if there's a way of having the buttons programmed to auto shut.

Was this fixed via programming?

I'd like to know this as well.
is there anyway to program myself via the "hidden" menu?

Which also brings me to the next Q: HOW to you access the hidden menu?

Cheers
Egon

I actually brought my '12 350 in for service a few weeks ago and pointed this out. They gave me back the car and said it was fixed, but it wasn't. Haven't had time to deal with it since then.

For some reasons unknown to us the automatic operation feature is only available on front side windows!!!!
Below is an exact extract of the E coupe manual;
“You can use the automatic operation feature when opening or closing the front side windows. To do so, press or pull the switch to just beyond the point of resistance in the relevant direction. You can stop automatic operation by pressing or pulling again.”

rear windows

I just got my 2012 at the end of October, so I haven't been back to the dealer. I have auto-down but not up. Doesn't make sense.

Must be safety...

in the 4 door the safety is that the windows don't come all the way down
and thus difficult to stick your head out & get decapitated...

There's no anti-pinch sensor on the rear windows, hence no auto-up.

Just had my 1st service A done.
Garage confirmed to me that it's not possible to switch on auto-up.
