big brake kits update
after fitting my custom bridge jbt 6pot 15inch rotors and 4pot 355 rears.....
Brembo have come out with a BBK, and just now my buddy
has bought the E63 AMG brake, plug and play and very light for the size!!!
thought this might help those who are thinking of upgrading!!

congrats, what colour did you choose?
AMG is made by brembo anyway so the same quality but the AMG shape is more banana and MORE EXPENSIVE!!
let us know if it has the forged integrated bridge and not bolt on bridge.
19inch wheels needed for this

AMG costs more than the Brembo kit, but lets compare after Stage and gavrocool have fitted their Brembos.
i have a feeling the AMG is more longer and more banana shape, because they have to give more to charge more????

Saw this on this site's w212 forum: New front brakes for the '12 E550 sedan 4m. IMHO they look similar and rotors are the same diameter as the rear brakes on an E63
Wish we could get these on the '12 E550 coupe, but what I really want are the E63 brakes all around.

I decided to go with the red colour.380mm front and 328 rear,minimum 19"s.I also ordered some new black chrome lip wheels.I will post pictures.

he fitted them on the e350 coupe, but they were made for the E550,
costs about USD4500f&r.
the difference is night and day, u can slow down nearer the target with a prod of the pedal.
i also ordered the Brembos in red direct from Italy at a great price, should be here in 10days.
JBT were great, compared to other 2nd brands, at least they have a fixing bolt on the bell
of the rotor to secure and avoid vibration.
just that being an MB, a red BREMBO would look nice, i also bought a set of AMG V 19inch multispokes + AMG E63 spacers to show them off! see pics on a c63coupe, i had thought about yellow,or orange but red is the usual colour for brembo....
i have finally made a new set of huge carbon fibre front lip and side skirts...........just a matter of time to fit it
