I tried to do the window trim with plasti dip but failed, my next step is finding a place to wrap it and there is a place in Flushing queens that will wrap the window trim for $150. I will let you know how it turns out.

I had a friend do it with black electrical tape. As ghetto as it sounds not only does it look flawless but it's held up very well.

you can remove the rear trunk trim through the inside of the truck if i can recall correctly. it's over a year when i did it, but I think there are a couple screws that hold the chrome piece in place and also double sided tape. be careful as all the chrome pieces are very delicate and bend easily. the emblem is held by two post inside rubber grommets that are close to impossible to remove without breaking a part of the 3 star. you can buy a new one at the dealership for 10 bucks or so if you try to remove it and it breaks. good luck. I think you saw how it looks already. Post #1 and #11 with an update.

I got the window and bumper chrome vinyl wrapped. Looks just like the car came from the factory.

I ripped off the side chrome (bottom trim) by hand, then buffed it out.
