Hi guys, just traded in my 2007 CLK200K for a beautiful E500 coupe. I was debating whether to get a black or diamond white coupe and I'm very glad I chose the black/red combo and I must say it looks very beautiful. I just tinted my windows and got the rear CF spoiler and rear CF apron from Efan. The quality is great and the back of the car looks meaner than stock. I'm getting the rear CF diffuser and front CF spoiler installed tomorrow then I'll post up more pictures. I'm also planning to get the CF side mirror and CF front grill installed soon. The car definately looks meaner with all the CF parts. Also just did the resonator delete and the sound is really good on the V8 engine. It has more noticeable rumble at 1-3k rpm range. I'll update more pictures of the CF parts later.

That's a beautiful beast you got!
Nice set of wheels, they look so unique once painted!

I'm thinking of doing the resonator delete on my E350 by the way, would it have a "mean" and loud sound? Or would it just sound like crap?

on my car, it doesn't sound loud, just more rumble at lower rpm and no difference at high rpm. The sound is too quite when stock. For your V6, people say replace the resonator with x-pipe is the better way.

Those are AMG 19" 7 twin spoke alloy wheels ..paid around US$5000 to get those from dealer. The dealer said this paint is very unique and not many are out there.

In HK they named it E500 instead of E550

Just swapped a pair of C63 muffler onto my car. It was almost a direct bolt on but just need minor pipe welding. It sure sounds a bit louder than the OEM muffler but not as loud as I expected under 3000 RPM. I also noticed lose of torque as the pipe of the C63 muffler is larger and I deleted the second cat and resonator. Actually I'm still debating whether the OEM square tips or quad oval tips look better on the E coupe. What do you guys think ?

The quads look like they stick out too far to me, if they were a little further in they would look great

Just went to the shop to have the whole muffler moved in and it looks perfect now. Also going to install the 3 fin onto the diffuser to complete the look. Will post some pictures once it's done. Just to let you guys know that the C63 mufflers sound much more aggressive and more exhuast note than the OEM muffler with second cat and resonator delete. In case you guys dont know, the "second cat" is also a resonator, not a real cat, inside is like a honeycomb. You can delete it for more exhaust note.

Did you have to cut the diffsuer to make those quad pipes fit?
