Yah I am afraid it will get the 4 x 4 look with aftermarket wheels too.
I was saying you may want to go 30 instead of 35 because that is a lower aspect ratio aka the sidewall will be shorter giving you more space.

and yes if you switch the springs it will adjust the height without effecting any of the electrical features.

Ah, gotcha.
30 vs 35 is sidewall height. Thanks.

How about these, says they were off a SL:
5 x 112
19 x 8.5 ET38
19 x 9.5 ET38
and what size tires would you go with? the 550 is not lowered.

Hello from Spain
I just bought my A207 E350 CDI AMG pack

I want to go with RIAL M10
Front 8,5x19 ET35 with 245-35 R19
Rear 9,5x19 ET54 with 265-30 R19

The rear ones may touch the inner fender
Which is the size of the spacer I should install?

Thanks and sorry for my poor english!

C63 wheels
18 x 8.5 ET38 with 235/40/18
18 x 9.5 ET56 with 265/35/18
*trying 34psi on all corners, suggested is 33 for all corners under normal load.
*will probably wait until next tire change to go 245s in front and 275s in rear.
*will probably install 15mm spacers in the back soon, will replace the lugs with black lugs at that time and add wheel locks.

Will 18x9.0 +45 with 255/35/18 sized tires fit on the front? It should clear the outer fender but I’m worried it will run on the strut.

should fit. I ran 265 on +45. But I had coil overs. But you should be alright.

I rode square for 2 years. 265/35r18 on +45 wheels. Similar to you. No issues. Recently went back to staggered though because it handles better.

Do you know what width wheel you had?

Hey all - looking to go square setup on my 2010 e550 coupe. Love the look/feel of the stock staggered but after burning through 2 sets on staggered relatively quickly I'm trying to extend the duration of my next set by being able to fully rotate the wheels. I was thinking running the following :
Size: 18x8.5 Offset: 38mm
with 245/40R18 all around.
- or -
Size: 18x9 Offset: 39mm
with
265/35R18 all around.
My limited search skills/attempts didn't seem to find anything particularly wrong with it but wanted to double check here. Appreciate feedback.

you can run both. I use to run 265/35/18 all around on 45 offset. Staggered setups handle better though. So now I’m on 235/40 front and 265/35 rear all on 18x9 +45 wheels

Thanks for the quick response. Based on what you said I'm gonna give the 18x9 square setup a try for at least one lifetime of a set of tires and see if I can live with any handling issues it causes. I've got another car that I enjoy driving and I can't be running through tires as often as I have been lately. Square setup on my other car to allow for rotation helped quite a bit. Fingers crossed.

I'm gonna go 18x9 with 265/35/18

Hi!

I have an E400 Cab -2015 .

I have bought 20" rims

Front 8" ET 43
Rear 9" ET 49

I have read the whole thread and I'm still not sure if they will fit or not?

My thoughts on tires are:

Front 235/35 R20
Rear 265/30 R20

Will this setup fit on my car or should i change something?

Thanks in advance

E400+AMG line S63 rims

Front could upgrade to 255/35-20 ET38
Front could upgrade to 255/35-20 ET38

Its seems not very big then, even 20
It's seems not very big then, even 20" already.

Still, I put them on my car without any modifications, everything is fine and fluently. Road situations feedback is way better, turning response sharp than before.

It's heavy(14-15kg each), but feels very rigid and long lifespan. Beautiful rims too.

Rear wheel is very close to hit the panel, but no. 275/30-20 ET38

Hi again,

I just tried to mount these on my car but they were rubbing pretty badly on the top of the strut tower.

Do you think a spacer will solve this? Which thickness should I go for? 10mm?

Thank you

11mm spacer solved this , still rubbing a bit on hard bumps but its ok. ET 32 front (with spacer) and ET49 back. W213 E-class AMG wheels
