how much would did u spent for front facelift conversion?btw i dont understand semi LED and full LED is there such difference anyone can explain?
one side my front light mounting is broken.. now its not fixed properly and is shaky.. the dealer quoted 2.3k$usd , might as well get the new light and convert my front end ...

One thing I couldn't really follow is who is here making a simple W207 AMG Style conversion and who did the full 2013/14 facelift conversion of his old W207 before 2013 version?

Headlights are. The SAM is not that expensive. However it might be the most difficult part for the conversion, since the programming is pretty tricky. Followed by the tricky rewiring.

The programming is not that tricky if you have all the necessary parts.The rewiring is a bit difficult.I am now trying to avoid buying more parts by reprogramming.CAMBER may not have done a complete facelift,i mean he may have some errors on board.I do not want any errors on my car,so that i can keep my warranty.

No,i have already programmed the new SAM,but for the lights to work properly i have to replace the switch on unit,the control panel unit ,something from the steering wheel module,etc.My lights are working perfect right now but the electrician says there are more settings to be done.I trust this guy.In the end i will post a complete list with the parts needed for a complete facelift.

You cannot code all the parts for the moment.Maybe in a few months it will be possible.For example at my car for the moment the PRE SAFE option and THE AUTOPILOT are not working.The new SAM unit it is not fully compatible with my car chassis.

I think you have to replace also the steering wheel column module.
And about the new headlights, I think you have to add a gateway between the EH1-CAN and EH2-CAN, to make them work properly.

I think I will have to convince my wife let me do this update, early Birthday present!! Hahah
At $6k you really can't go wrong, plus you can resell most of the parts for a good amount since they are all OEM!
