Tarig: Another possible change that might be required is the front LH/RH wings. Initial glance the shape of the headlight are different which contour/blend into the LH/RH wings.

gavrocool, would you mind also finding out whether it's possible do a swap for those of us with distronic and parking sensors? i.e. will the old bumper sensors and existing distornic radar unit work with the new design? thanks! for what it's worth, it looks as if the parking sensors on the new bumper are in a different location than the current.

Today i placed my order for the whole parts on my way to 2014 model. It is very simple ,in a few days i will post the whole list of parts.
First infos:
HOOD-the same
FRONT FENDERS-the same.
At the rear we have to change the rear lamps and the SAM unit.I won't change the rear bumper for the moment.
Front:headlamps+electronic unit of the headlamps+SAM unit.
Underneath everything is the same(depending on the engine type)
Front bumper, grill, bumper grills, chrome insert on the bumper(AMG),headlamps support and some more small parts.
For me it is very easy to convert.
Feel free to ask me anything.

At a fast look i think around 8000euros.But it is different in every country of course.Only one headlamp without control unit is 2100 euro in my country,of course the one with ILS.

The headlamp is 2100 euros. Is that each? What is the part number for the headlamp as I am in the process of upgrading to OEM Bi-Xenon and am curious about the new all-LED headlamp.

I'm also looking into this, thanks for your info. Great that somebody is doing this so early, you'll probably facelift your car before most of the buyers will get their factory orders
A couple of questions. You mentioned u are interested in updating the interior. Have u looked into it? From my observation it is very easy to change vents to the new chrome ones (which look much better), only problem might be the central one which has integrated clock instead of hazard lights which are moved down to the upper control panel which also got updated to the new chromed look. It will probably involve some rewiring and/or programming to make it work. To me the new interior is a big step forward. All black plastic dashboard, vents and buttons are pretty much the same as in basic w204 which is a sub 15k€ car in Europe while you're looking to pay 30k€+ for any reasonable used c207. Changing dashboard or moving shifter to the wheel is probably impossible to do for any reasonable amount of money.
Anyway, if u have a chance I'd appreciate if u would ask your dealer about this even if u aren't interested in doing this yourself. Seems like u have a great relationship with them while rest of us would probably be better off buying a new one if we depended on our dealer to help on this matter

Great, looking forward to it. Although i don't even want to imagine how much new dashboard will cost.

will cost around 160k USD. so assuming that the conversion cost is 15k usd its still less than 1/10 of a new e class coupe..
