Far from just codings...Alot of other unknown problems no one speaks about like all the repinning that needs to be done to conectors on SAM. Since many cables run to different spots under it. Like the canbus and lin bus for speedo as just one example. Almost No one knows this since it dont show at first. But if you dont do it Star diagnose wont even see the speedo after the change.

I am not sure what you mean. The W207 (C207 & A207) platform cars looks like the W212 platform, but does not share body panels. In fact the W207's are built on an old C class chassis. W207 comes in pre-facelift 2009-2103 and post facelift 2014-2017 when the W238 platform was released. You can convert the pre-facelift to the post facelift using W207 parts, non of the W212 parts are involved.
The aftermarket bodykit you have linked to again is for the W207 platform and will not fit any W212 cars.If you have the C207 on a 2014 it should be the facelift so that would be fine, otherwise if you have a pre-facelift you will also need to do that work to it as well to get the later headlights, tail lights etc working.
Forget about the W212 body, non of it will fit. They look alike, but that's the extent of it.
Do a search in this forum and someone did fit a similar aftermarket bodykit.
Just a side note on the subject, I also have a W207 face lift but recently bought also a W213 and changed the front grill for the E43 diamond grill, and I noticed that the new platforms >2017 all share the same grill, E coupe, E sedan and CLS.
Maybe the old ones be the same, just some one that have the two models that can do some test fit :-)

The new E coupe still is a C-class chassis, nothing changed, maybe just the production costs using more parts between models.

I would like to know how did you do the conversion? by yourself? if yes did you change any of the wiring harness? and how did you program the new control units and the new SAM? Using star online?
This may be a bit late but i've seen the rear face lift tail lights made by a company called uro and they say they are interchangeable with the original style. Same size and plug and play conversion from the original to the newer led style. Can anyone confirm this?

Today i placed my order for the whole parts on my way to 2014 model.It is very simple ,in a few days i will post the whole list of parts.
First infos:
HOOD-the same
FRONT FENDERS-the same.
At the rear we have to change the rear lamps and the SAM unit.I won't change the rear bumper for the moment.
Front:headlamps+electronic unit of the headlamps+SAM unit.
Underneath everything is the same(depending on the engine type)
Front bumper,grill,bumper grills,chrome insert on the bumper(AMG),headlamps support and some more small parts.
For me it is very easy to convert.

Either you change the SAM unit,either you can modify the old one.It is not difficult.The bumper is the problem,we need to change it.
The front is quite easy because we will change the bumper anyway.I have ordered the parts for the front.When they arrive I will post all the info.

You need Star Diagnose. And Vediamo. Very advanced coding. And you dont need a new sam with a converterkit.
so to a person who knows nothing about any of that😂, how hard would it be? And is there some type of bundle kit I can buy that has absolutely everything in it?

played with some different camera setups today and found one working so I can get the adaptive high beam assist to work - it works and reads traffic signs, and register the lane I am in, really cool functions. The CAN e2 from the cam to the headlamps and instrument cluster is also working so all good.
The only thing is I now need to change the windscreen to fit the cam properly, since they changed the design on the cam to only fit the new screen - not so cool at all actually.
My "hold" function works - no problem. What electronics did you change and who coded the Sam? It must be some wrong codings in either the Sam or zgw.
Does you tempomat work and only gives the fault code like mine or doesn't work at all and also a fault code??
The programming is not that tricky if you have all the necessary parts.The rewiring is a bit difficult.I am now trying to avoid buying more parts by reprogramming.CAMBER may not have done a complete facelift,i mean he may have some errors on board.I do not want any errors on my car,so that i can keep my warranty.
