2010 Bluetooth Streaming Display Question
Hey all,
long time user, first time poster.
My question - my 2010 E350 streams music just fine. It displays the title and artist however, it does not display the progress of the song or the duration of the song etc. Instead, it just shows a blank progress bar with --:-- as the duration of the song.
Anyone else have that issue?
The dealership said that 2010 E350s do not support time display for the song.

There are reported issues of iPhones not working at all with older versions of Comand software. In most cases the iPhone will pair (we are talking Bluetooth here) but not remain connected next time you use your car. I suspect your car software is somewhere between ver 4 and 4.5 as you seem to be able to remain connected with your iPhone. It must have had at least one upgrade since you got it as the original Comand software did not allow Bluetooth streaming of audio. Don't expect all Bluetooth functionality with your iPhone's Bluetooth protocol as it is not entirely compatible with the MB flavor of Bluetooth.

The bluetooth works flawlessly (except for the time display)
It remains connected and automatically connects next time I use my car.
So, this is a known issue and there are no fixes for it? Not even a COMAND update will fix?
Thank you for your help.

Yep, Same here... except my car displays the image horizontally... apparently your car was up on its side when you took your picture
I have the latest Comand software for a 2011 A207 E350 as confirmed by MB yesterday so it looks like a Bluetooth issue.

Haha -- yeah, after I uploaded I realized it was sideways and was too lazy to fix it.
Thank you for your help, though. Glad to know I am not the only one with this issue.
This issue is not a big deal I guess... It's annoying more than anything else. I wonder how I can get it fixed...
