e250 coupe window tinting
I was just wondering if the rear windows are able to be tinted all the way to the edges with no gaps? I saw a e250 coupe that was tinted and noticed a 1cm gap on the top of the rear window. I asked why it was not able to be tinted all the way to the edge like the front windows and he said because it goes down a bit and will rip off the tint.
I was wondering if you guys have any pics of the rear window with tint and window half way down so I can see if it can be tinted properly.
It boggles me as to why they can't tint the back properly as the front windows also wind down a bit when you open the door.
Hope you guys are able to shine some light here.
Not sure why the front was at the edges and the back cut short.
I plan on having my coupe tinted next month and I'll bring this up to the tinter.
Thanks for the heads up.
here are some pics that i took of some tint that was on a e250 where the tinter said it is normal to have tint like
this. Its a bit hard to see but is a poor tint in my opinion.
This is of the rear windows. He said because the windows go up and down when the door opens. Gaps everywhere.

I have seen tint jobs like that, and although they still do what they should, I do prefer for it to be cut as close to the edges as possible and no rounded corners.
