Installed Vossen VFS1s, springs, and a tune
So i have owned my E350 for about 3 months and i have never really liked those small AMG wheels which came with it, because it is a sizeable coupe.
After a long search i found that the rohana rc10 wheels were just too heavy and i didnt want acceleration or braking performance loss so what i ended up doing was having a set of Vossens powder coated to reflect that machine face and blacked out background. I think they came out looking great, and i really like how it sits with springs.
The tune also added another 25hp and 25lbtq, and this was a nice litle boost for my luxury commuter. I had considered the e550 but didnt get it because it was too hard to find one with the red on white color combination that i wanted, so when an e350 popped up on the market i snagged it while i was still on vacaton in tahoe.

2012 E550 Coupe
Looks fantastic!
What springs did you choose?
How much lighter were these wheels compared to your other choice?
What do you have planned next (if nothing, all good - just curious)

re
AESTHETICS
As the lightest wheel in the entire Vossen line-up, the VFS-1 is built for performance, and designed with sophistication. Its design is inspired by the 5 mesh forged wheel, which debuted at SEMA 2012 on our flag-ship Ferrari 458 Italia which received rave reviews for its design. The VFS-1 is offered in our signature matte graphite as well and a new, silver brushed finish.
( i wanted the forged wheels, but they were 10k...so no)
The rohana rc10s are about 30lbs plus tires. The vossens seemed to weight less than the stockers with tires. Those suckers were heavy.
As for the springs i went with eibach for the drop. And currently i am waiting on reflective mercedes benz logos for the brakes, the corner lights will be vinyled, the carbon fiber spoiler will have a german flag stripe in the middle and the grille might get one as well.
the only thing that i am currently unsatisfied with are the ground effects of the e350. i dont know why MB put such wimpy rear bumpers and skirts on a car like this, when C class cars get nice sporty ones. So i am considering a wald body kit or maybe just salvage some e550 bumper stuff and skirts so i can get an aggressive diffuser for the rear.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Those wheels look awesome on your E-Coupe!
What are the wheel offsets? Any spacers? What are the tire sizes?
Any issues with rubbing with the drop?

Well its been so long i dont really remember what my offset was.
Ill go talk to my wheel guys and ask them. I was planning on taking some more pictures and a video now that i have KW coilovers and a slightly improved exhaust.
Currently my wheels are 9.5" wide in the front and 10.5" in the rear. They stretched a 275mm tire over the rear wheels and put 225s in the front.
