~ After owning my 2012 C250 coupe for 3 years... I have made a change and selected a new '15 E400 coupe - 4matic... both cars are white on red.


I thought I would share some pics...

Added some subtle mods of course... full clear bra, lowering springs, 50% window tint on all windows, debadged, 19" wheels, painted grill gloss black, etc...

Nice, I just now noticed the chrome trim along the side of the car. They doing that for certain trims?

 

~ I believe the chrome is standard on the e350 and e400 coupes. Mine even has the amg wheels / sport package (code 321) option. I personally prefer it without the chrome (sportier look) but the rear bumper has an recessed area for the chrome strip.

 

Looks great man. What's your initial feedback on the Bi-Turbo V6?

 

~ I'm super impressed with the engine... It's amazing how hard it pulls even under moderate pedal input. It's easy to believe the posted car magazine stats of 0-60 in only 5.2 seconds with the E400 motor.

I am also look for a software upgrade.

They hit it out of the park with this motor and even made certain of a semi throaty exhaust note.
