Wheels Ordered - Checking fitment if I may
Hey Guys,
I have finally ordered some wheels and just want to make sure I have not made a mistake as I have a little while to change if I have.
I have gone with 19x9et35 on front and 19x9.5 et45 on the rear.
Can any of the wheel experts get back to me please?
I am not so worried about the rear. The front has me a little worried however lol.
Regards AMJAM

The guys over at Sonictuning had me go with 19x8.5 ET35 front and 19x9.5 ET50 rear for a flush fitment. I'm not lowering or anything like that on my 11 E350. The ride is smooth and no rubbing whatsoever.

Nah bro... just the finished product. I'll see if I can get a close up tomorrow if you need to see something else. Hopefully someone else will chime in. Otherwise search the forum as this has been asked several times over from what I've read.
Good Luck...

I run 19x8.5 ET40 Front (255/35) and 19x9.5 ET45 Rear (285/30) with flush fitment and zero rub.

I went with 19x8.5 ET40 front (245/35) and 19x10 ET35 Rear (275x30). Unfortunately the Vossen's I really wanted required 5mm spacers in the rear but so far they have been totally fine.

Yes only because I have the Sports Package and the sport brakes are a little larger. Only the rear needed. My wheel guy provided what he called hub centric spacers, my dealer (who put them on the car) said they were perfect and because of the design they would cause no issues, so far they haven't.

Is the ET35 in the rear before or after the spacers...I would have thought that ET35 would poke too much with a 10 inch wheel. I have ET50 on my 10 inch rears and the fitment is relatively flush, I can't imagine that ET35 would not rub and fit flush to the fender.

Agreed. 5mm spacer would make offset ET30 which would poke out too much. I believe Vossens make that wheel (19×10) in an ET55 which would make the offset ET50 with the 5mm spacer. Based on pic the wheels look pretty flush.

Most say that ET35 is correct fitment for 8.5 inch wheels on the front, I have ET39 on my front 8.5 and like that fit, I think that ET35 on a 9 inch wheel might be aggressive and may potentially rub. If you choose to go with a 9 inch front I would think that a ET40 to ET45 would be a preferable fit.
Also, a 235 tire on a 9 inch and a 255 on the 9.5 inch will be stretched and not offer much protection for those new rims.

I am likely to stay with the 235 front but will most likely go with a 265 on the rear. I am expecting a flush fitment which I am not worried about as I will be on coil overs and am expecting the negative to bring the top of the tyre in a fair bit. I will also be running quite low compared to everyone on the forum
