You can buy direct from Carlsson with no worries. I bought a front bumper grille from them in stainless.

I do not see this part to work with e350coupe with 360 degree camera because there is no hole underneath the star. Do you guys know where I can source diamond grill with front camera?

they have a very good system of payment...
if you pay the money is held by aliexpress , and it will be sent to the buyer after your confirm the product was shipped to you and you are happy with it..if not you can make dispute , and it will be on your side always

i have the 360 camera too, but i will mount it in my mercedes emblem after i receive the daimond grill like newer models have it now
so no problem for me
if you check the first photo in this thread ...in the white coupe .. you can see the camera in the emblem

I wish they would make this after market grille for the pre-facelift model. The current after market grilles look too whimpy compared to this one.
