Please don't put an aftermarket sunroof on a Benz... it's just not done and you'll spoil your car's value. If you want a sun roof it's better to get one with it already speked on the car. I'm a mad modder and I would never do that to my Benz : )
oh wow, look at that... i never knew the e coupe was available without a panoramic sunroof. are you not able to find one with the original pano roof in the market? i wouldn't install an aftermarket sunroof. if you like this car because of the red leather interior, i would keep on searching for a car with the oem pano roof and play with the interior, instead. have you seen the ones with the espresso brown interiors?
Thanks for your responses! I guess that aftermarket sunroof is a real bad idea haha. For the espresso brown, yes I have - they look fantastic! I'll take your advice and look for a OEM sunroof, then upholster it in the color I like

My C63 and E sedan dont have it but has the sunroof.
tbh i bought the E coupe just because of the panoramic roof. now i dont even like it. good thing the mrs drives it.
it looks pretty cool but...it rattles, squeaks, takes forever to just tilt the thing as you have to open the inner liner first and not to mention heavy as F.

Yes.. I have to admit it looks really good.

mate, dont get me wrong,
IMO, right after the S Coupe, the E coupe (pre FL, yes im bias) is the second best looking 2dr coupe out there available. no other car brand holds a candle. So even after all the negative comments i said about the pano roof, i wouldnt let a few imperfections with the design hold me back from purchasing it.
the pano may have a few problems but for me, it completes the overall look of the car. i can live with the lil rattles and squeaks. but without it, i wouldnt buy it. just my 2 cents.
