Can't see / hear the first one - it comes up as unavailable. The 2nd one sounds pretty good. I vote for the 2nd one!

1st link marked private... Eisenmann is a great exhaust, had one on my CLK55 and it sounded downright evil.

They are both Eisenmann, but I swapped the small resonators to a X-pipe on the second set up.
