Certainly would like to see a new thread started as well. Just took delivery of my '18 E400 A (A238) Cabriolet - Lunar Blue with the "Nautical Interior" and black top / AMG trim / P3. A beautiful automobile. Took her in today for the license plates and several of the dealership supervisor types surrounded the car to get a close look. They had not seen one yet in that color combo.

Don't think the 'volume' has much to do with the need ... seems it would be easier to search for C238 questions/issues/comments/etc in a dedicated forum than having to wade though the current C207 forum. Right now, there seem to be as many Coupe questions in the W213 forum as here ... only because of the new model more identifying to the 213 than the 207. Just thought the same logic/consideration would apply to the C238's as was shown to the W213's back in January 2016.

I asked VIC55 [long time mod] if a new forum could be started, but he mentioned it was an admin decision based on when a new model was due a subsection
That would be a great choice!I first think also that cabrio,but after selling my A5 cabrio over a year,I choosed C238 AMG 220d,with glassroof.Here In Finland summer is very Short and that is why cabriolets are not very popular here.New Rubin?red is also awesome colour for cabrio.I choosed white and waiting for my car delivery In april...
Interesting...that color is only offered on the 25th anniversary model E400 Cab in the US. They come with a Designo white and maroon leather interior and many standard options. The front valance also differs from the European version. Thanks for sharing these pictures. Good luck with your new ride.
that color ... Rubellite Red ... is now being offered in some overseas markets in the coupe as well. have asked MBUSA if it would be available in the U.S. market beginning with the MY '19 run ... as of 3 months ago, this was their 'official' position:
Color Rubellite Red (currently available on 25th Anniversary Edition Cabriolet) is being looked to open up for MY19 on the E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet. We're unable to 100% confirm it in case there is a constraint.
