New E400 Cabrio first two weeks

Well not the happiest camper Took delivery two weeks ago and with 250 miles car is back at dealer. Radio has failed to come back on after four different phone calls. Apple Carplay is lame at best and often freezes. Worst issue is misaligned driver's side fender and door post I was at a different MB dealer Saturday The had identical car with P2 instead of P3 package. It had no alignment issue. See below for both sides. Not what I expect from a 90K plus car

Im Not surprised. MB producing garbage now. Focusing all on interior gadgets rather than what made their brand solid for decades. It sold you however. That's why I won't upgrade to the soft looking E63S looking like a bigger c class with nerd toys as interior and a dumbass looking display. E Class 4 and 6cyl are ****.

Interestingly I had many 911s Last one a 992.1 4S cabriolet Switched the Benz because of higher off ground (back no longer likes is 911 height). Was hoping for at least great quality and reasonable telematics. Porsche is I have to admit light years ahead of Mercedes in terms of quality and usability. Just ordered Wife a 2019 Cayenne.

Considering all the complaints I've seen around here regarding the multimedia system in the newer cars, I'm very happy that I opted for a CPO 2016 model instead of the 2017 I originally looked at.

I think you may have the year mixed up. 2017 was still the older model, 2018 is the newer one for E400. 2017 E 300 was the new model for E. I bought the 2017 E400 last April rather then wait a few months for 2018 model. Got burn on E500 first year model in the past, never again first year model! Got 10K on my car, no issues!

Good eye. What is Mercedes/dealer saying about fixing it? Mercedes is seemingly building too many cars, too fast now and it showing up in their quality.

Sorry, it seems I neglected to note in my original post that I had looked at a 2017 C-Class coupe, which was a new model. I ended up buying a '16 E-Class coupe.

Isn’t the 18 E400 really a 17 in Europe? So in effect, other than the body, it’s really in its 2nd year.
