One of these

You need to be careful about where you buy one from and what support you are going to get with it. The raw Chinese ones had poor firmware with spelling mistakes, no MPH readings etc. One of the suppliers worked with them and fixed a lot of the firmware issues, but different suppliers sell versions at different levels of the firmware version. Looks like that has the later firmware though, so riding on the back of Chris's work.

They are not actually Android 7 though, they are Android 6 which has had the buildprop modified to make it say its 7.

Mine has been in for a few weeks now. Still some things to sort out, but on the whole its a lot better than the OEM system on its own.

If they can convince you they can support your install through any issues and will have an influence on the ongoing firmware (and will be providing any fixes to you) then great. If they are just going to sell you the box and your on your own then you may as well but it straight from China.

Per vendor, no distributors nor installers in US. 1 year warranty seems to be of little value without these.
