Hi. Just joined. I have recently purchased an Eclass 350 cabriolet 2014.
There was no memory card in the slot so when the sat nav is on it doesn’t pick up my correct location. It shows a different part of the Uk which I’m guessing was the last place it was last used with the missing sd card. I purchased a sd card from amazon and put it in but nothing has changed.
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as to what I need to do next.

If you are referring to the SD card slot below the audio system screen and controls,you might find it more enjoyable to slip in a memory card with a selection of your favorite music.

I was taking the car to the dealership for service and mentioned the problem. The car was still under warranty, so I don't know what the cost would be. I think they used their star diagnosis to find the fault.
